This mini-pennant, complete with suction cups, is undoubtedly more "collectible" than it is functional. The suction cups work, but the pennant itself is fairly brittle from age. The plastic packaging has yellowed from light and age as well (see photos). And even though the packaging has yellowed, the pennant itself has not. However, there is evidence of chipping in spots. The good news is the pennant is printed on both sides, so we suggest you pick the best side, mount it on a wall (or wherever), and call it a day. It's about 14" long, and 5 3/4" wide at the wide end, made in the USA and shipped in a box due to its somewhat frail condition.
