Cliff Lee had some stellar seasons with the Tribe, the best coming in 2008 when he went an incredible 22-3 with a 2.54 ERA. The bad news? Well, even with Lee's remarkable season, the Pre-Guardians still only managed to go 81-81 for the season. Lee also went 18-5 for the Tribe in 2005.
