Here is a terrific mini-bobblehead (approximately 4" tall) from 2004 celebrating the Detroit Pistons' championship success at the time. Zeljko's contributions were not exactly stellar, as he only appeared in 21 games that season, although, for most of his career, he was affected by health issues.
Anyway, the bobblehead itself is in perfect condition. However, the box it is contained in shows notable wear in spots -- particularly around the edges -- from handling, age, and storage. If the condition of the box is critical to you, look at the photos closely, as they are shots of the exact same box your bobble will be shipped in.
