Harvey Williams was a running back selected in the first round of the 1991 draft by the Kansas City Chiefs. He lasted 3 years with Kansas City, playing relatively little, especially for a first-round pick. He played his last five years with the LA/Oakland Raiders, rushing for over 1000 yards in 1995.
This NOS product has never been opened, and the outer packaging is better than average, the exception being the plastic has yellowed some. Not a lot of fraying on corners; no bends in cardboard. Be sure to check out the photos. China.
