This is a new First Edition 1999 Manny Ramirez Pinhead that was received on an un-bagged display card back in the day. It is still new -- now bagged by the seller -- on a Pinheads logo card with the original UPC. The card itself may be slightly yellowed from exposure to the sun but the pin itself is excellent in every aspect. Note that there may be remnants of a price tag above the UPC number as well.
